Adolescent Female Awareness:

Adolescence is one of the most complex stages of human life.

The reason is due to the volatile change in the intellectual and behavioral transitional phase that children undergo as they begin to transform into adults. These physiological and psychological changes create an external and internal conflict within the being of the child which makes them prone to acquire violent, addictive, and irrational behavior:

That is why the Swedish Board of Directors will put in place the basics of proper handling for this transformational change of a child’s life. This course aims to raise the child’s educational and psychological state and standards, improve intellectual performance and enable the child to safely overcome this critical transformational stage.

1. 1. Focus on the positives within adolescence and its evolution.

   2. Give the adolescent female the opportunity to express her views and start dialogues with others about her concerns.

   3. Teach the values of how to communicate privacy and personal space.

   4. Create a focus on the Hobbies and Interests and turning the energy of adolescence into talent

   5. Build a positive relationship between adolescent girls based on self-esteem and confidence in

   6. How to manage contradictory thoughts, and become a positive and successful member of society
